HUMAN FACTORS - Human Factors Training for  Repair Stations
The Airworthiness Standards Institute is actively involved in all aspects of human factors training.  By using FAA documentation, research material and  information in conjunction with "STAMINA" human factors training developed by Trinity College - Dublin and their partners we are able to influence organizational culture change for the attainment of professional competence.  This process allows for organizations and individuals involved in aircraft maintenance to realize their maximum potential while increasing safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The benefits to maintenance organizations from developing and implementing human factors programs can be profound, provided that the organizational management has attained the professional competence to be able to effectively execute these programs.

"People understand and respond to the values of their organization accurately.  An organization, which values the contributions of its members, has a chance of benefiting from their professional experience and goodwill."
