This course is for: human factors trainers, technical trainers who wish to integrate human factors into their training, training managers 

Duration: 4 days 

Content:
 
The role of a human factors trainer 
Familiarization with the philosophy and content of the STAMINA training program 
Facilitation skills 
Human factors training in the organizational context 
The range and nature of human factors 

Pre-requisites:
Trainees are normally expected to have previously attended a Stamina Core Human Factors Course 

Methodology: Active and interactive training, using facilitation skills practice, project work, games, exercises, videos, group discussions, etc. 

Assessment of the course is by means of:
 
A knowledge test based on the STAMINA Core Course materials 
A practical assessment of facilitation skills 
A project relevant to the participants role 

Certification: Participants who successfully complete the assessments receive a certificate and approval as a Stamina Trainer. 

Regulatory requirements: There are no agreed industry standard for the approval of Human Factors Trainers. Nevertheless, the Stamina Course is widely recognized as an industry benchmark of quality. 

If insufficient participants register, the course may be cancelled/postponed up to two weeks in advance of the start date.
